Sarah Rice
Sarah is a communications expert passionate about quality and driving impact with momentum. With 30 years’ experience across regional and national newspapers, agency and in-house PR, she brings a rare blend of newsroom instinct and strategic rigour to Buried’s digital PR strategy and delivery.
Her career includes leading major corporate communication and policy programmes for organisations such as Bosch, The RAC and EasyGroup, as well as shaping high-impact consumer, B2B and not-for-profit campaigns. She also developed the online digital platform The HR World, creating national networking initiatives for senior people leaders and elevating industry conversation around the future of work.
Alongside her role at Buried, Sarah is Director of Rice PR, a boutique consultancy working with global and local clients navigating transformation, reputation, and sustained business growth. Known for finding the angle others miss, she crafts data-driven stories that earn attention, build authority, and shift perception.
