01 - The challenge
As the business was fairly new, they had low domain authority and low traffic. The business was spending money on paid advertising that was yielding poor ROI. They needed visibility in the UK and in international markets, so optimising international Google Shopping feeds via Merchant Centre would be key to success.
02 - What we did
We optimised 'home' and 'collections' pages focusing on the highest volume and intent keywords in their niche. We created supporting content about the business and published informational resources about Tungsten and other metals to demonstrate knowledge and credibility. We published FAQ content specifically targeted at GEO conversational queries to push the brand into AI answers. We worked with Shopify apps to develop advanced product feeds which enabled products to appear in organic (and paid) Google Shopping positions across 32 markets.
03 - The results
A 15x increase in non-brand organic traffic within 12 months leading to a 2x increase in monthly revenue. Atomic Cubes is now the global market leader in their niche. They rank number 1 in Google for 'tungsten cubes' in the UK, top 3 in the US and page 1 of Google in 24 other countries. They are also the first brand recommended in ChatGPT and Gemini when searching for 'tungsten cubes'.
